Our Promise to you
We take care when packaging your Sustee order and do our best to make sure they arrive in good condition.
If by random chance your Sustees don't arrive in great shape, never fear. Please send an email to our friendly customer service team at hello@sustee.com.au and we will either replace or refund the purchase price back to you.
All you need to do is notify us within 24hrs of your order arriving and make sure you send us a quick pic (iPhone pics are excellent, and we love a good selfie). Certainly within 7 days. If you do not email our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
Please do not make contact with us via our social media accounts as this is not a substitute. We also cannot track your orders through these platforms.
Unfortunately, we can not accept change of mind purchases. So please be careful when purchasing.
