Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Value

For new wholesale customers, the first order minimum is AUD $300 (excluding GST and shipping).

For all subsequent wholesale orders, a minimum order value of AUD $500 (excluding GST and shipping) applies.

Orders below the required minimum may not be processed unless approved by Sustee Australia.

How to Place an Order

Orders can be placed through our wholesale portal at https://sustee.com.au/collections/wholesale.

Approved wholesale customers will be provided with access credentials. If you require access, please contact hello@sustee.com.au.

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Approved wholesale customers receive a 40% discount off the recommended retail price (RRP). Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

Sustee Australia accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EFT payments.

For EFT payments, please email remittance advice to hello@sustee.com.au. Orders will be dispatched once cleared funds have been received.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in product pricing and will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for order processing and dispatch.

Larger orders may require additional lead time. Please contact us regarding product availability and estimated delivery dates.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.

Any damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported to Sustee Australia within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Returns and Cancellations

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, quoting the invoice number and reason for the return.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Sustee Australia.

Approved change-of-mind returns or order cancellations may incur a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping costs.

Exclusivity

Sustee Australia does not offer geographical exclusivity. However, we endeavour to support a fair and non-competitive wholesale environment for all retail partners.

Resale Restrictions

Sustee Australia products may only be sold through approved retail channels.

Products must not be resold via third-party marketplaces including, but not limited to, eBay, Gumtree, Amazon Marketplace, Etsy or Facebook Marketplace without prior written approval.

Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account.

Changes to Terms

Sustee Australia reserves the right to amend these Wholesale Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
